Shipping & Terms

We dispatch orders Monday through Wednesday. You will be prompted to select your dispatch date at checkout and you can order in advance for a date in future.

Our parcels take 1-2 business days to arrive but there are sometimes courier delays that are out of our control and parcels may take an extra day to arrive. Deliveries to rural addresses take up 3 days.

Shipping fees are dependent on the total weight of the items you order and the location the parcel is going to. This is calculated at check-out, and will range from $10 - 20.

After placing an order with us, you will receive a confirmation email. Please check all details are correct before you place your order to avoid any delays processing your order. If you need to make any changes please email us as soon as possible at sales@tusca.co.nz
